Why do we talk about compute time?
What is compute time?
Here at Meta API, we don’t use tasks or executions to define your plans and how much do you consume, but compute time. It means you have unlimited access to connectors & spells.
In 1000 sec of compute time, you can have the equivalent of 40 executions (with a running time of 25 seconds each).
As most executions runs under 5 secs, you can have more than 200 executions with 1000 sec of compute time per month.

The consumption of compute time
You can follow your consumption on your account detail page. You will find a counter that will give you your current compute time consumption.
You will be notified if you're approaching the limit of your compute time. You will have to change of plan before you reach the limit to keep your spells running. If needed, will propose you a custom plan adapted to your usage.
Soon, you'll be able to run your Spells on your own infrastructure and your compute time is not impacted in this case.

The billing
The month-to-month subscription can be cancelled at any time and is our most flexible plan.
Yes, conversion is done automatically by our payment solution, Stripe.

Your data
Meta API’s servers are running on AWS Paris datacenter. You can also use our runners services to run your Spells on your own servers but our editor and dashboard will still run on our cloud platform.
Meta-API endpoints are pass-through, meaning we do not store details about your web requests or any potentially sensitive information by default.
You can choose to log information with console.log() which will stay in your log history for two week (15 days).
The support
Our Support team is available to manage incident tickets from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7pm CET. We prioritize tickets according to the level of support in the plan you have subscribed.
Meta API commits to respond to each request for Support when it relates to the platform usage (setting up authentication, questions about how to use the features…).
If you need any help regarding the business logic you need to implement or JavaScript code (what conditions should I set up, how to code a function...), we can put you in touch with our Meta API experts.
